I'm safe and sound in Swaziland! It's absolutely
beautiful here. So I got into South
Africa last Sat. There was some bad
communication and a friend and I ended up being stuck at the airport, but we
found a place to stay and got to Alabanza the next day. It was our mini
adventure : ) I arrived in Swaziland
last Tuesday and love it here. It was great to see my team and catch up with
everyone. There are 14 of us living in a house in Ezulwini, which is kind of a
suburb of Mbabane.
We're about 30 minutes away from where we were last time in Manzini. Being here
and getting to know the community, it's evident that it was God's hand taking us
from Kenya
and putting us here.

            These past
couple of days we have been exploring Ezulwini and finding places and ministry
to plug into. Yesterday a few of us walked up to a local church, the International Church and it was definitely a God
thing. We went back today and are now connected with the youth group. I'm
really excited. It looks like I will be leading a small group of high school
girls, helping with the junior high sunday school and working with their
ministry team helping to mobilize them to go out. This was such a blessing to
both us and the church.

            For my internship
during the day I am still trying to iron out the details. The plan right now is
to work at a local primary school (k-7) teaching an English class. Please pray
for this as I'm trusting that God will continue to open or close doors.

            The big
news of the day I guess is that my team and I will be spending about a week and
a half in Mozambique
working a refugee-type camp. Mozambique
is a wartorn country and we don't know a lot but it will probably involve
helping to feed the people, build things and just fill needs. It's not 100% for
sure but we're about 75%, so I can't wait!

            That's the
update for now. I don't have much time on the computer. I will try to write
more and put up some pictures of this beautiful country on Monday. It was great
to see everyone at home, but I love being back! I'm so excited!!!

Have a blessed day!
